Jason offers workshops in Filmmaking, Photography, Green Screen and  Animation.
He is a regular tutor for Somerset Skills & Learning & LAMP in Castle Cary.
He has taught film production workshops for children and young adults all over the world,  including Africa.
Jason is fully DBS checked as he is also a DofE expedition leader and assessor and has completed the various safeguarding courses for working with children and vulnerable adults.
Workshops for Home Educating Families
Based in South Somerset, Jason regularly runs workshops for Home Education Groups. He is also available for private tutoring for those children who feel more comfortable on a one to one basis.  Please get in touch through contact page if you are interested in taking part in future courses or hiring Jason as a tutor.

Hosting a Workshop with Jason
If you are able to Host a workshop you will receive a free place for your child. As the Host you will be responsible for finding and hiring a venue, advertising the workshop to find participants and collecting payments.
 
Workshop Details:
A workshop lasts 90 minutes and is £20 per child payable at least 7 days in advance of the workshop date.
The minimum number of participants is 6 for locations within 30 minutes from BA10 and 8 participants for distances up to one hour.

What kind of venue do I need to host a workshop?
The green screen needs a height and width of approx 2m and ideally a clear space 2m in front of the screen. The room needs to be bright with good lighting.

Will you need to put up big lights in my house?
No, as long as the room is naturally bright or has enough indoor lighting there is no need for extra lights. Although, I always bring a small portable handheld cool battery lamp in case it is needed.
